SpeCC is the specialist certification scheme<\/span> for Concrete Contractors, primarily those involved in the construction of reinforced concrete frames and basements. <\/span><\/h4>\n

It provides confirmation that certified companies have the capability to complete construction projects in conformity with the client\u2019s specification, having regard to sustainable construction principles and with effective health and safety systems to manage any risks which may arise to their staff, other contractors and the public.<\/span><\/p>\n

The certification standard is the SpeCC Regulations 2010 (Issue 1 Revision 1: July 2011). These regulations are the requirements for this specialist quality, product conformity, environmental and health and safety certification scheme. They apply the requirements of relevant legislation, standards and guidance documents to the specific activities involved in the construction of concrete structures.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The principal requirements applied within the SpeCC Regulations are those contained in the following documents:<\/p>\n
